The Old Sugarmill, Canterbury, NSW

Lotus 8 Group carried out major landscaping works at The Old Sugarmill, a heritage-listed former sugar mill built in 1841, now converted into apartments on Sugar House Road, Canterbury.

This project involved detailed external landscape construction around a historically significant building, including garden layout works, pathway construction, stone edging, paved areas, planting, retaining details and outdoor feature areas.

The site carried an incredible amount of history. During construction, works were temporarily stopped after historical artifacts were uncovered underground, requiring careful handling and respect for the heritage significance of the property.

Sports Court

Custom basketball court completed in Dural, NSW.

This project involved the installation of a custom outdoor basketball court surface, creating a clean, durable and practical playing area for the property.

The works included preparing the existing concrete area, laying the interlocking sports court tiles, setting out the court markings, installing the key/playing zones and finishing the surface around the basketball hoop area.

A properly finished sports court adds lifestyle value to a home and creates a great outdoor space for family, training and recreation
